

My goal in working with you is to help remove barriers to your happiness, whether emotional, physical or spiritual. Our work is not a single event where a quick decision is made, but a process that continuously advances and intimately connected to action. We find root causes, identify remedial steps, and assess progress.
While my fees reflect the depth of training and experience I bring, many clients find that working with me ultimately reduces their long-term healthcare costs. Because of my integrated and preventative approach, most clients need just 4–6 sessions a year, rather than monthly visits for years, which is common in this field.
That’s because my role is not only to support you with remedies, but to teach you how to care for your own body and mind. Between sessions, you’ll receive meaningful assignments and tools — personalized strategies for listening to your body’s signals and responding with confidence. I train you to recognize patterns, understand your symptoms, and build a relationship with your health that’s grounded and sustainable.

Initial Intake
Assessing the individual on a whole is the foundation of all natural healing. Therefore we’ll consult about your physical, mental and emotional symptoms, the nature of who you are as a person. This includes your health history and what other care you receive. We’ll consult about a healing plan that may include food choices, homeopathic treatment, herbs or other methods of healing for strengthening your internal ability to heal. After 4-6 weeks it’s time to reflect on what’s changed and what hasn’t changed. Even if nothing has changed, or you haven’t done anything towards your healing plan, that is important information to work with.
Continued Care
1-2 hours bi-weekly or monthly
This is appropriate for those going through a crisis, life is rapidly changing, or just desiring a change in life. Developing new habits requires regular support, validation and real tools in order to implement long term change. It’s like getting a “dose” of your perfect remedy when things are changing rapidly.information to work with.
Situational Consultation
1 hour Meeting
Situations arise and often times we need help assessing the core issues. We need validation, clarity on how to perceive the situation and obtain tools for empowerment. Sometimes the path takes an unexpected turn and an expert guide can help you navigate the terrain with wisdom and clarity.
Acute Care
15-30 minutes Meeting
Short consultations may be required between consultations or preventative care appointments. If you are coming down with a cold, flu, panic attack, or crisis arises, call or email to request an acute call and I’ll get back to you that day.
Preventative
1 hour Meeting
Once your situation resolves, or you are well and want to maintain health, check in spring and/or fall (when the seasons change) to maintain balance and prevent future setbacks. Often times, a condition is developing within us and we don’t recognize because of the nature of our busy lives. This hour gives us time to reflect on what is going well and what may be out of balance. It also gives you that reliable time you know you’ll have to ask questions as they arise throughout the year.
