Effective Methods for Healing
Foods
Foods are the future tools for healing! Each condition of the body will call for varying the diet; ie, avoiding certain foods and increasing certain foods. This will enable the defense mechanism of the body to come into balance. There is also a way of eating throughout the day, what foods to combine, and how to prepare foods to obtain the most optimal nutrients.
Homeopathy
Homeopathy originated in Europe and has been practiced in the United States since the early 19th century. A homeopathic remedy contains a minuscule amount of a plant, animal or mineral substance. Homeopathy is a safe and gentle healing modality, free of toxic side effects, regulated by the FDA, and environmentally friendly.
Plants
Herbal therapies use tinctures of botanical substances. It’s the oldest and still the most widely used system of medicine in the world today. It is made exclusively from plants. It is used in all societies and is common to all cultures. The therapeutic activity of a plant is due to its complex chemical nature with different parts of the plant providing certain therapeutic effects.
Water
Varying waters, hot and cold temperatures, ingested or bathed in can stimulate the nervous system and immunity.
Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements
Vitamins are essential substances that cannot be manufactured by the body. We need small amounts of vitamins for growth and development. Supplements are likened to a food source. Providing the body with an increase of a vitamin or mineral in the short run can bring the body back to balance. Vitamins and Minerals should not be consistently taken unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Mind
Some ailments, which are recent and not coming from disorder in the body, can sometimes be brought to balance by creating accuracy in perception, through understanding, consolation or with earnest and rational arguments and changing lifestyle habits.
Psych K
Psych K is a non-invasive, a simple, yet powerful process to change subconscious beliefs that are self-limiting and self-sabotaging. It’s also a unique blend of various tools for change, some contemporary and some ancient, derived from contemporary neuroscience research, as well as ancient mind/body wisdom. It transcends the standard methods of visualization, affirmations, will power, and positive thinking especially effective in the areas of behavioral/habit change, wellness and stress reduction.
